GENERAL
These conditions of sale are deemed to apply to all sales made by Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms to it’s customers unless they are specifically varied in writing by Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms.

PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase orders placed by any person or company must me in writing and any variation to such orders must be confirmed in writing.

PRICES
Unless otherwise expressly stated by Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms in writing, all goods will be charged at the prices ruling on the date the purchase order is accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted and payable in Australian Dollars.

PAYMENT
If a credit application has been approved, customers are required to pay within 30 days after the invoice month. Late payment may incur a late fee.
If a direct payment has been made into our account you must notify us by fax to ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account.
All customers who have not completed a credit application form or who have credit refused must pay Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms a 100% payment on acceptance of the order.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND TIME FRAMES
Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms will endeavour to manufacture and deliver/arrange for pickup within the time frame requested by the customer. However certain issues such as availability of product from our suppliers are out of our control may from time to time result in delay.

PROPERTY & RISK
Legal and Beneficial Title of the goods shall remain with Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms until payment has been received in full and the funds have cleared.

RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS/CLAIM
Until such time that damaged goods have been returned to Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms – payment will be required for any replacement goods.
Please note that claims must be made within 7 (seven) working days of receiving delivery of goods.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms reserves the right to vary product specifications without notice. Orders may vary by up to 1mm on actual sizes given by the customer.

PATENTS
Where Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms has followed a design of instruction given by a customer, the customer will indemnify Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms against all damages, penalties, costs and expenses to which Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms may become liable through any work required to be done in accordance with those instructions involving an infringement of any patent, trade mark, registered design, copyright or common law right.

INDEMNITY
Without prejudice to any other rights Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms may have, the customer shall indemnify Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms for any loss, damage or expense incurred by Rawstone Kitchens & Bathrooms should the customer cancel any order or breach any term thereof.
